tourists, Vietnam noodle soup is just only "pho". In fact Vietnam has so

floating season starting from August to October.

Chau Doc town of An Giang province, is very famous for its fermented fishes.
Vietnamese tourists come to Chau Doc market surely will buy fermented
fishes for themselves and their friends like a gift. Just look at the
colour of fermented fishes, I feel hungry. A lot of Vietnamese people
love eating it everyday with rice or rice noodle, vegetable and garlic,
chilli... When they stay far away from our country, they miss fermented fishes very much.

Come to Mekong delta, there are a lot of kinds of cakes and sweet drinks, sweet eats. Famous cakes are "Banh ich" (sticky rice with green bean or banana or coconut), "Banh khoai mi" (fried tapioca cake), "Banh bo duong thot not" (sticky rice with palm sugar and banana, coconut)... One day eating and drinking tour? You cant taste all in one day!

Lemon or lime or tamarind? The famous sour one in Chau Doc market is
"trai bua" and "trai truc". They give special sourness. Especially,
"trai truc" not only gives pure sourness but also the fragrance. In
Mekong delta, just only Chau Doc, An Giang province has it! I usually
but it for my mom.
