Vietnam public holidays

January 1 (01 day): New year's day

April 30 (01 day): Saigon liberation day (Vietnamese: Ngay giai phong Saigon)

May 1 (01 day): International labour day (Vietnamese: Ngay quoc te lao dong)

September 2: National day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnamese: Ngay Quoc khanh)

Vietnam traditional new year (04 days): Its called "Tet" in Vietnamese. "Tet" usually falls into the middle of February by solar calendar. The holiday begins on the last day of the last lunar month and lasts through the first three days of the first lunar month

The Hung Vuong ancestor's death anniversary (Ngay gio to Hung Vuong) (01 day): The 10th day of the third lunar month
