Geography
Mekong delta is in the southernmost of Vietnam. To the North, it shares border with Cambodia. To the East, South and Southwest, it borders East sea and Gulf of Thailand with about 700 km coastline. To the Northeast, it borders Sai Gon city.
The delta covers an area of 39,734km² with 13 provinces and city: Long An, Tien Giang, Vinh Long, Ben Tre, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Tra Vinh, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau and Can Tho city.
