Take Mekong delta 3 days. On Day 3, go to Ha Tien town or Rach Gia city of Kien Giang province. In the morning of Day 4, take fast boat from Ha Tien/Rach Gia to Phu Quoc island. 

Fly from Phu Quoc island back to Saigon.

Note: There are daily flights from Can Tho international airport, Can Tho city to Phu Quoc island.
