ThanhNienNews.com - Tourists in Khanh Hoa Province's capital town of Nha Trang will soon be able to frolic on the beach at night as authorities have allowed a company to offer night services there.
TD Corporation, which operates hotels and provides tourism services in Nha Trang, will invest in lights and safety tools on a stretch of beach in front of a hotel at 32-34 Tran Phu Street.
People can swim for free and hire chairs and umbrellas set up by the company and order food and drinks from the hotel.
Bui Xuan Luong from Khanh Hoa’s tourism department, told Tuoi Tre newspaper the beach is a public one and will remain so during the night.
Luong said the province supports the plan since the company is doing it like a community service.
Local officials said the night beach would be available from this month and could be expanded if it proves popular.
