ThanhNienNews.vn - A 30-second video to promote Vietnam’s tourism was aired for the first time on the UK's Travel Channel on Tuesday, news website VnExpress reported.
The video features Vietnam’s iconic destinations from north to south, including Ha Long Bay, Tam Coc-Bich Dong, Son Doong Cave, Sa Pa, Hoi An, Hue, the Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh City.
The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) said the video will be broadcast 300 times through December under a US$30,000 contract with the travel channel.
Twenty percent of the broadcasts will be during prime time.
VNAT will also launch a number of promotion activities in Singapore, London, Hong Kong and Bangkok until the end of this year, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
